Don’t just say something, make it happen.

Borrowing Nike’s powerful tagline, Just Do It. Don’t just do nothing if we want to succeed.

I had this inspiration while having a regular conversation with my girlfriend, why not begin working and curating an Instagram account that featured all the food that we had enjoyed, and perhaps grow something from there.

Although we didn’t know what were the resources and commitment required to maintain such a specialised account, we just went ahead to create the account (WorldBestFoodies: http://bit.ly/worldbestfoodies).

Although our account is far from being amazing yet, over a short span of time, we gradually grew our creative ability in order to attract people to follow us for our latest food content (which we try to feature food from around the world, but mostly from Singapore for now).

Imagine today you had a great desire to start a new project or perhaps author your own book or maybe even write a blog (just like this), don’t just think about it. The journey of a thousand miles (or perhaps a zillion miles) begin by just doing it (or taking the first step).

I think this is so apt for not just ourselves personally but also many businesses out there, especially ones that are seeking greater business growth.

Many at times we get distracted by all the endless numbers of meetings, that it might have become a session of NATO (No Action, Talk Only).

Don’t just talk a big game, but remember to execute amazingly as well.

If we want more amazing career, we got to seek it and make sure we work on ourselves to be the most amazing candidate/ business vendor out there.

Same goes for family relationship, love relationship even friendships - nothing good ever comes from doing nothing.

Remember the importance of execution, while we continue to journey through the life of a wonderer. Execute well, and the magical experience begins from there.
